1 medium onion
1 green chilli
2 tamarind((chich))
1 medium tomato
3 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 ½ teaspoon koljana
1 teaspoon jeera
Garlic
arad (Turmeric)
Salt
Danya
Lemon juice of ½ lemon
½ cup water
METHOD
Braise onion then add chilli and tamarine..add spices and dhania (coriander) lemon juice and water. Cook till gravy is nice and thick befre putting prawns in. Thn add prawns..cook til dne..dont cook prawns too long..
