1 litre milkHalf tin condensed milk or half cup sugar1 small tin nestle cream½ cup water½ cup taystee wheatRose or Elachi (cardomom) syrup½ teaspoon ghas powder½ teaspoon Elachi (cardomom) powder
Bring milk to a boil. While milk boiling mix taystee wheat and water together with fork (there should be no lumps). Once milk is boiling add taystee wheat mixture and rose or Elachi (cardomom) syrup, ghas powder and stir continuously. Then add condensed milk and nestle cream and continue stirring with a whisk till no lumps. Pour into individual bowls or one big pyrex, sprinkle coconut or nuts and refrigerate.
