INGREDIENTS
1L Milk
1 Egg
3 tablespoon Sojee (semolina flour)/Taystee Wheat
Half Cup Milk
Quarter Cup Pecans *Optional
Quarter Cup Coconut
1 Small Tin Dessert Cream
1 Tin Condensed Milk
Pinch of Elachi (cardomom)
Red colouring / Elachi (cardomom) Syrup
METHOD
1. Bring milk to a boil
2. Mix Egg, Sojee (semolina flour) and Milk and whisk into boiling Milk
3. Continue stirring until slightly thick
4. Allow to cool then add pecans, coconut, dessert cream, condensed milk, Elachi (cardomom) powder and red colouring.
5. Once set decorate with 1 small tin Dessert cream and chocolate /almonds
INFO & TIPS
I added just less than a Teaspoon of Falooda powder to get a slightly firmer product.
