½ kg ground chicken ( mince ) / fillet
1 tablespoon garlic
1 teaspoon green chillies
1 tablespoon chicken spice
1 teaspoon black pepper
Salt to taste
¼ bunch dhania (coriander)
1 ripe avo cut into small cubes
if your are using fillet add all the ingredients to a food processor accept the avo and let all this grind until mince and everything mix ( this is what I did ) if you using mince then make sure the dhania (coriander) is cut very fine add all the ingredients and mix well using your hands .
Add half of the avo to this mix and mash it in slightly and mix .
Now take portions of the mix as big as a burger size add some cubed pieces of avo to it and form a flat pattie .
On a griller add some garlic butter , place patties and grill until done .
( add fresh lemon juice while cooking for extra zest)
Place in a burger bun and serve with salad of your choice and salsa .
