INGREDIENTS
Half a pack of egg noodles
1 carrot julienned
1punnet of mushrooms sliced up
2peppers sliced
A few baby marrows and pattipans
1 fresh chilli
1 clove fresh garlic or a 2 teaspoon crushed garlic
1tbl spoon spring onions
Half a cup of frozen corn
optional some a teaspoon of sesame seeds
optional a teaspoon of chopped cashed
1cup of chicken fillet stripped
2 tablespoon soy sauce
2tbl Worcestershire sauce
salt to taste
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
half teaspoon cajun spice
chopped dania
1 egg
METHOD
Boil the egg noodes in water with a dash of oil ahouldnt take longer than 10 minutes.
In a wok heat the garlic in 2tbls of butter
Add in the carrots mushrooms marrows peppers and chilli and corn
season with lemon pepper salt and cajun spice
cook until softish but still firm or leave it with a bit of a cruch as I prefer
add in the chicken and the sauces
mix until the chicken is cooked
add in the boiled noodles to the chicken and veggies
Add in the egg and mix well while on heat
add the chopped dania spring onions and nuts to garnish
