RECIPE
                      In a pot take 2 tablespoon oil warm it add 1 cubed filletsalt to taste1 tablespoon paprika1 teaspoon chillie powder1 teaspoon garlic2 tablespoon soya sauce2 tablespoon vinegar½ teaspoon chilli garlic flakes1 teaspoon chilli sauce½ teaspoon mixed herbsCook all this for 5-7 minutes 
Then add ½ cup cubed mushrooms1 cup colored peppers1 small onion cubedadd some sweetcorn if u like. Cook for few minutes.Lastly add ½ cup tomato sauce. Cook till masala is thick and dry. 
Boil 2 cups rice in water adding ½ teaspoon arad (Turmeric) and salt. Cook until rice completely done. 
Assemble Lay the rice in a tray or pyrex. Spread chicken. Masala over. Cover with grated cheese & sprinkle origanum & parsley. Grill til cheese melts. Serve hot with chips & coleslaw. 
Note add spice & sauces according your taste buds.

INFO & TIPS
                      I added 1 cubed tomato. 
I left out paprika & chilli garlic flakes. 
Used white & yellow cheese. 
This is a very nice dish.
