INGREDIENTS
Cakes
4 eggs
1 cup flour
2 teaspoon baking powder
¾ cup castor sugar
pinch salt
4 tablespoon cocoa powder
½ cup oil
½ cup water
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Chocolate Dip
4 tablespoon cocoa
1 cup water
2 cups icing sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
METHOD
Beat egg whites till stiff. Sift all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Boil ½ cup oil and ½ cup water in a saucepan.
Mix into dry ingredients. Gradually fold in the egg yolks in 4 additions. Mix well until smooth.
Lastly fold in egg whites also into 4 additions and beat well
till creamy.
Grease muffins trays and bakes at 180' C. Allow to cool.
Boil all ingredients for the dip in a pot until bubbly and starts to thicken.
Remove from heat and allow to cool. Dip cakes into dip and roll in coconut.
Enjoy!!!
