500 ml inkomazi
½ teaspoon borie
Salt 2 taste
¼ bunch Green danya
Green chillies accordin taste
1 teaspoon chana flour
Luqidize the above ingredints kip aside
In. A pot put 2 teaspoon ghee (Clarified butter) let it melt dn add 1 teaspoon whole jeera and 1 whole red chillie and braise til seeds little black.
Add d milk mixture and stir continously. Do not leve add few curry leaves. Wen it comes up turn stove down and leve 2 boil little.
Serve wt yellow rice, aloo fry, spinach,freid branjil, or braised branjil wt fried masala fish or gebaakde chops of friekkies
