RECIPE
4 potatoes peeled & cut in 4 thick wedges
Fry in deep oil until nearly light brown. Remove from oil & allow oil to drain on paper towel. Place in a pyrex or oven tray & Spice it nicely with robertsons aromatic spice. Sprinkle dried parsley & dot with butter. Cover with foil & bake in oven on 180 for ± 10 to 15 minutes turning it in between. This is a perfect side dish to any meal.
