INGREDIENTS
Marinate 1 washed chicken in:
2 teaspoon garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon chilli powder
1 teaspoon crushed red chillies or red masala
1 teaspoon Dhana Jeeru (Cumin)
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
2 tablespoon lemon juice
Cook in ghee (Clarified butter) untill done. Slice one pepper and add to chicken.
METHOD
Sauce:
250ml fresh cream
2 teaspoon tomato paste
3 tablespoon nandos garlic peri peri
3 tablespoon peri peri sauce
2 tablespoon butter or garlic butter.
Bring to a boil and pour over chicken. Simmer for 5min. Place in a Pyrex. Fry wedges and place over. Grill untill chicken started to brown.
