Saucy Mash Potatoes

RECIPE

Boil potatoes till soft.Mash them.Add butter salt and pepperput in to a pyrex dish
Make white sauce:Melt 2 tablespoon butter add 1 tablespoon maziena 1 tablespoon flour mix then add 2 cups milk boil till thick .pour over mash , sprinkle cheese.bake for few minutes before serving
