1 litre milk
1 ½ teaspoon china grass powder
½ cup vermeccili
½ cup dessicated coconut
Boil till thickens then add
Condensed milk to sweeten
Rose water
Elachi (cardomom) powder
Boil and beat with egg beater till frothy..set in mould/bowls..
Cut up rose turkish delight and place on set falooda
Boil together
2 cups water
½ cup sugar
1 teaspoon china grass powder
Red colour
Rose syrup
Pour gently over set milk falooda
