Tuna Boats (easy)

RECIPE

Cut cucumber in the length wise through the middle.Remove the seeded part. Cucumber will look like a boat (canoe).
In a bowl add tuna flakes, sweet corn, grated carrots, shredded lettuce & Mayonaise.
Fill the cucumber boats with this.
