RECIPE
Marinate strips in ¾ teaspoon salt, little pepper, bhirko, (red chillie flakes)1 teaspoon lemon juice, 1 teaspoon Nandos lemon & herb1 teaspoon Nandos peri peri 1 teaspoon Nandos Garlic sauce4 tablespoon youghurt.Leave for an hour
In a frying pan add 2 tablespoon butter, less than a ¼ cup water & add your strips. Cook till done. Let water burn out.Add in garlic sauce
Garlic sauce: 1 tablespoon butter, 1 teaspoon garlic, drop of lemon juice,pinch of salt & bhirko. Boil once.
If not garlic Sauce, add in 1 tablespoon mayonaise.
Serve with chips or Rice & Salad

You may also add Cheese & grill for a few mins till cheese melts
