By Low-carb Muslimah - KITCHEN HANDINGREDIENTS
1 small chicken- 1KG
2 teaspoon ginger garlic
1 teaspoon rough salt
1 teaspoon crushed chillies
½ teaspoon arad (Turmeric) (put less)
2 ½ teaspoon chillie powder
Mix above spices with:
2 tablespoon OIL
1 tablespoon water
1 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
METHOD
Smear Masala over chicken
Heat oil and ghee (Clarified butter) on high
Put chicken in and lower heat
Bake in oven
