RECIPE
• 1 kg Lamb chops -
• 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste -
• 1 teaspoon salt - 2 teaspoon green chillies -
• 1 teaspoon crushed Jeeru (Cumin) -
• 1 teaspoon lemon pepper -
• 2 tablespoon lemon juice -
• 1 cup water.
•half teaspoon steak&chops spice
BATTER:
• 1 cup self raising flour
•half teaspoon BBQ spice
•half teaspoon steak&chops spice
• ½ cup potato, finely grated -
• 1 egg, beaten -
• ¾ cup water -
• Salt, pepper and green chillies to taste -
• Oil for frying.
METHOD:
1. Marinate chops with spices and lemon juice.
2. Add water and cook on low heat until tender.
3. Combine the self raising flour, potato egg and add the water to make a batter.
4. Season with spices.
5. Dip each chop in batter and fry in shallow oil until light gold.
6. Remove and drain on paper towel
Serve with chips and salad.
