900g Block of cheddar cheese
2 large onions (grated and water squeezed out)
1 tablespoon crushed garlic
Ground green chillies (as required)
Approximately 1 cup Mayyonaise
Red and yellow peppers (finely chopped)
Grate cheese in magi mix and set aside. Grate onions and squeeze out water then add to cheese. Heat some ghee (Clarified butter) in a pan add finely chopped peppers and all spices to firm vagaar. Braise till water evaporates and cool. (Pic on the left is the vagaar). Once cooled add to cheese then add mayo and mix well.
Optional: add freshly chopped spring onions and or dhania (coriander)
Fill samoosas and fry.
