1 egg 2 cups milk 65g butter ¾ cup semolina 4 tablespoon klim powder ( make paste with milk) Elachi (cardomom) essence almonds 1 cup sugar 1 tablespoon fresh cream
Method Melt butter in a separate dish Mix egg , milk sugar and elach essence and cream , then add the milk mixture to the butter and simmer till it thickens slightly , now add semolina and klim. mix with a wooden spoon on low heat for approx 10 minutes steam for 10 minutes with lid closed
Melt 100g white choc add in nestle creaM and nougat pieces pour over before serving Garnish with almonds
