Marinade for 1 chicken with skin on1 tablespoon garlicSalt1 teaspoon lemon pepper3-4 tablespoon tomato sauce¼ btl nandos mild peri peri. (U can use hot if u prefer)3-4 tablespoon nandos lemon and herb sauce3-4 tablespoon nandos hot sauce. 3-4 tablespoon lemon juice.
Marinate chicken in above for at least 3 hours. Place chicken with very little marinade in a flat pot. Reserve extra marinade for later use. cook on the stove until chicken is cooked. Then transfer to an oven tray. Pour left over marinade over chicken and cook in the oven until skin gets nice and crisp and browned. Continue basting chicken with marinade that has settled on the bottom of the tray. Just before serving. Heat little butter and nandos sauce of your choice and pour over chicken. Grill for a minutes or 2 and serve.
