2cups flour
1 tablespoon semolina
1 egg
2 tablespoons coconut
1 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon custard powder
4 tablespoons sugar
1 ½ teaspoon baking powder
Make a thick batter with milk.
Fry on medium heat till golden brown.
Roll warm bajias in castor sugar.
Drizzle ultramel custard over. Serve warm bajias with cold custard 😍😍
