INGREDIENTS
1 punnet sliced mushrooms
salt to taste
pepper to taste
garlic
tablespoon olive oil/any oil
freshly made slices of toast & any
cheese grated
METHOD
saute the mushrooms in the oil and add
salt pepper and garlic.
add the filling on top of the toast
once mushrooms are cooked.
cover with any grated cheese and melt
in the grill
