RECIPE

Cut halloumi into 1cm strips.Season with salt and pepper.Place on a sheet of springroll pastry on which sweet chili sauce has been spread.Roll up as you would a springroll and make sure to seal it well with a flour & water paste.Dip in egg and breadcrumbs seasoned with mixed herbs.Shallow fry.Serve hot!Jazakallah🌺
