Pan Fry haddock pieces in butter until firm ± 5 minutes on each side. Remove from pan & lay in oven dish. Make the following sauce or u can use your favourite white or cheese sauce.
1 tablespoon butter 1 ¼ cup milk 2 tablespoon maziena Salt to taste Pepper to taste Half teaspoon chillie powder or more. (Optional)
Mix the maziena with a little water and add to the milk. Heat butter. Pour the milk mixture & spices to saucepan and simmer until sauce is thickened. Pour sauce over the fish & bake in oven @ 180 for ± 20 mis. Garnish with dhania (coriander) & serve with chips.
