INGREDIENTS
200g-250g butternut chopped
1 tablespoon freshly cracked black pepper
½ teaspoon cinnamon powder
1 teaspoon brown sugar
salt to taste
250ml fresh cream
100ml milk
ghee (Clarified butter)/butter
METHOD
add the butternut & spices to a pot , add
water & allow to soften, once soften and
tender , add 3 tablespoon butter / ghee (Clarified butter) & mash
together with butternut , then add in the
milk & cream , bring to boil .
