INGREDIENTS

1 box kingklip 3-4 tablespoons lemon juice 1 & ½ teaspoon crushed garlic ½ teaspoon crushed green chillies 🌶 1 tablespoon grounded coriander leaves¼ teaspoon zesty lemon pepper ¼ Ina Parman lemon pepperA sprinkling of Aromat (a South African Spice) and parsley2 tablespoons mayonnaise

METHOD

Warm olive oil and butter. Dip fish in marinate and add to pot. Cook on low. Don't add water and don't turn fish. Grill in oven before serving. Serve with tastic rice
