4 extra large eggs separated
1 cup castor sugar
1 ½ cup flour
5 tablespoon cocoa
¾ cup oil
½ cup milk
4 teaspoon baking powder
½-¾ cup chocolate chips
Beat egg whites stiff. Set aside.
Mix yolks, sugar, cocoa & oil until combined.
Sift flour and Baking powder. Add milk& buttermilk and beat.
Fold in egg whites and chocolate chips.
Line cupcake pan with cases. Bake on 180°c until done

80g dairy milk chocolate
Heat together until smooth and runny
Throw over cupcake. Decorate as desired.
