INGREDIENTS
2 pces chicken fillets.
1 large onion grated
1 large potato grated
1 large carrot grated
1 heaped teaspoon dhania (coriander) powder
1 heaped teaspoon jeera powder
2- 3 dried chillies
125 g butter
1 packet knorr cream of chicken soup
METHOD
Steam cook chicken fillets with salt/pepper and ginger/garlic. ....shred when cooked and leave aside
Saute onions in 125g of butter until translucent. ... Then add spices. ... Cook for a few minutes then add the grated potato carrot and the shredded chicken. ... Allow to cook for about 15 minutes den add 2-3 glasses of water and allow to cook on medium heat till potato and carrots are cooked. Then mix the cream of chicken soup with a cup of hot water and add to the above. Add salt and pepper to taste. Lastly add fresh cream and allow to cook further. Serve with mini rolls from Issys bakery (Desias)
