4 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
1 ½ cups warm water
±100g softened butter (I used less)
In a stand mixing bowl combine flour, sugar, salt and yeast.
lightly beat egg add to water mix until well combined
adding liquides little at a time to dry ingredients forming a soft dough
Knead the butter in until smooth
Allow to rise until double its size
Punch Dough and knead for 1 minute minute
divide into 24 balls weighing each ball ± 42g.
Working on a floured surface roll each ball into an oval
Place on a non stick pan fry one side bubbles will appear turn over on baking sheet grill until blisters form
Brush with butter and serve hot
