Rice
1 cup rice
Quater cup oil dhall (lentils)
Half teaspoon salt
Quater teaspoon haldi
KHURI
2 cups sourmilk
2 tablespoon gram flour
1 teaspoon crushed green chillies
1 teaspoon khuri masala
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt
Pinch of tumeric
Pepper
Chopped dhania (coriander)
Liquidize together
In a pot braise in ghee (Clarified butter)
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
1 teaspoon Methi (Fenugreek) seeds
1 teaspoon Jeeru (Cumin)
½ chopped onion
A sprig of curry leaves
Once braised add in liquidized mixture and boil till thickens
MINCE : 500g mince
1 large onion chopped Chopped green pepper 2 whole green chillies Braise whole jeera,onion,chillies and green pepper till soft..
add mince then add
2 tablespoon lemon juice
2 teaspoon ginger garlic
Braise then add
¼ cup sourmilk
1 tablespoon mayonaise
½ teaspoon haldi
1 teaspoon crushed red chillies
1 teaspoon chillie powder
1 teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin)
¼ teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt Cook till done,then add 2 ground tomatoes and 2 cubed boiled potatoes...simmer till thick
bhaji (Spinach)
1 chopped onion
Braise with half teaspoon whole Jeeru (Cumin) and 2 slit whole chillies Once braised add 1 cup cubed chicken fillet Half chopped raw onion 2 tablespoon mayonaise
2 tablespoon sourmilk 1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon ginger garlic
Crushed chillies and salt to taste
Dhana Jeeru (Cumin)

1 teaspoon chicken spice Cook till mince is done Then add in 3 liquidized tomatoes Add in 12 bunches chopped and washed Methi (Fenugreek) bhaji (Spinach) Add in half cup frozen peas Sprinkle with a teaspoon of sugar Once u add in bhaji (Spinach) do not stir too much,or else it turns bitter Simmer till thickens
