INGREDIENTS
                      Dough
2 cups cake flour
5g instant yeast
¼ teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon sugar
¼ cup oil
½ cup milk
½ cup water
filling :
2 cups chicken fillet
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
1 tablespoon red masala
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice)
1 teaspoon fine red chillies
¼ cup steers peri-peri sauce
1 egg, beaten
sliced tomatoes
sliced green pepper
                    
METHOD
                      Filling : place all the ingredients for 
the filling together in a pot & cook over 
medium heat until tender'.set aside
combine the dry ingredients and oil 
together in a dish. heat the milk & water( 
luke warm) , add just bout enough liquid 
to the dry ingredients to form a soft 
dough.
Allow to rise till double its volume, 
punch down & divide dough into two 
portions.
roll each portion out thinly on a floured 
surface,spread filling all over and roll 
into a swiss roll, cut into 1cm slices & 
place spiral side up , in a non-stick oven 
pan , brush with beaten egg & allow to 
rise for 5 minutes , bake in a moderate 
oven till pale brown, spinkle with grated 
cheese , top with tomato & green peppers, 
bake till cheese has melted
