RECIPE
1 cup water
Half cup butter
Bring to a boil
Quickly stir in 1 cup flour till mixture forms a lump and leaves sides of pot
Allow to cool
Beat in
4 eggs
One at a time
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 level teaspoon baking powder
Beat till velvety and smooth
Drop on greased tray
Bake at 220 degrees for 10-15 minutes
When cool slit and fill with beaten fresh cream
Drizzle with choc and sift icing sugar
