fish(pat dry)
flour
¼ teaspoon baking powder
salt
garlic flakes
mixed herbs
lemon pepper

METHOD
add flour and all the rest of the
ingredients into a bowl taste for salt
then adjust.cover each fish with flour
mixture,then cook it on greased frying
pan with olive oil,cook until done.when
fish is done drizzle garlic butter over.

cajun spice can be added to the flour
aswell.tried and tasted.
