INGREDIENTS
2 cups Snowflake Cake Flour
2 teaspoon [Heaped ] Royal Baking
Powder
6 Eggs
2 cups Castor Sugar
½ to ¾ cup milk
¼ lb Butter
1 ½ teaspoon Vanilla Essence
METHOD
Pre-Heat oven 180 degrees celcius
Grease deep long oven Tray properly
with Butter or spray and cook
Beat Eggs , Castor Sugar and Vanilla
nice and creamy with electric beater
[egg mix]
Sift flour and Baking Powder leave
aside [flour dish]
Boil Butter and Milk on stove on
medium heat properly don’t scorch
till creamy hot buttermilk texture
[hot milk mix]
In flour dish
add the egg mix
and hot milk mix alternately
beat with electric beater till all
mixtures are used
Cake batter should resemble smooth
pourable Batter not lumpy texture
Pour in Tray
Bake in Oven
Test with Skewer
Leave to Cool
Eat Plain or Decorate with Icing of
your Choice
Enjoy with tea or coffee
