RECIPE
½ kg chicken fillet cut into thick strips marinate with 1 tablespoon peri peri nandos sauce2 tablespoon lemon juice1 tablespoon peri peri oil½ teaspoon turmeric/arad (Turmeric)¼ teaspoon crushed garlic1 teaspoon dhania (coriander) powder1 tablespoon chicken spice of choice1 ½ tablespoon barbeque spice½ teaspoon chillie powder4 tablespoon mayyonaisesalt to taste
methodcook chicken in ghee (Clarified butter) and leave wettish when cooked. in other words chicken should be saucy…recipe for the riceboil 1 ½ cups riceto the boiled rice add: ½ teaspoon turmeric /arad (Turmeric), ¼ teaspoon lemon pepper and 2 teaspoon salt and mix.braise the following separately:1 onion, 1 green pepper cubed, add 1 teaspoon spice for rice and ¼ teaspoon paprika. you may add some more salt according to your taste. add to rice. mix well.serve with chicken strips. enjoy
