500g chicken fillet cut into thick strips
Cook with salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon lemon juice
½ tablespoon chicken spice
1 tablespoon BBQ spice
2 tablespoon nandos peri per sauce (of your choice) I used medium peri peri.
Cook chicken until done.
Shred chicken then add 1 tablespoon mayonnaise mix nicely.
Lightly spread butter on bread of your choice. Sprinkle with cheese, then add 2 tablespoon chicken filling sprinkle more cheese over. Cover with another slice bread lightly spread butter. Toast on a hot pan until cheese melts...
