Washed and cleaned fish of your choice or butterflied prawns

Peri peri masala
Ina Paarmans peri peri marinade
Olive oil/peri peri oil
Knorr sweet chilli salad dressing
Marinate fish/prawns and lay in a greased oven tray. Dot with butter and grill on 180 degrees until cooked. In a saucepan, add butter, knorr sweet chilli salad dressing, fish spice, lemon juice & dried parsley. Melt over low heat until it starts to bubble. Pour over fish/prawns just before serving. Serve with chips, garlic bread and salad.
