Checker Biscuits

250g butter
1 cup icing sugar (sifted)
Beat until white and fluffy
Add 1 cup maziena (sifted)
Beat again 5mins
Then add 2 cups flour 1 teaspoon baking powder sift. Add more flour if needed to form a firm dough.
Divide dough in half keeping ½ plain and the other ½ divided into 4 col each quarter with the col of your choice. Roll Dough into a log place alternative col next to each other press slightly. Cut into slices. Bake on 180 deg for 10 minutes.
