Traditional Hummus 1 can chickpea (drained and washed) ¼ cup tahini paste ¼ cup lemon juice 🍋 2 tablespoon olive oil2 tablespoon water 2 cloves garlic Salt and pepper to taste Dash of paprika Red chillies in a food processor cream the tahini and lemon juice for a minute then add olive oil, salt and pepper and process for a minute. Then add in chickpeas and process until fine. Adjust salt and chillies and add in garlic and water if needed to create a creamier consistency.
