INGREDIENTS
500 grm self raising flour
¼ cup nuttywheat flour or bran
¼ teaspoon salt
¾ teaspoon b.powder
2 tablespoon sesame seeds/thill (sesame seeds)
¼ cup coconut
¾ cup brown sugar
½ cup chopped pecans
½ cup chopped almonds
¾ cup all bran flakes crushed
2 tablespoon Soumph (Fennel)(opt)
handful sunflower seeds (opt)
250 g butter
1 egg
250ml buttermilk or 1 cup
sourmilk+little milk
METHOD
Melt butter,cool and add egg and
buttermilk.Mix rest ingred in bowl and
form dough with buttermilk mixture.Roll
out,cut into shapes,bake 180 for 20-25
minutes.Crisp in oven on 100deg for 3 hrs
or till crisp.
