3 Min Microwave Cupcakes

INGREDIENTS

2 Eggs
1 cup Sugar
½ cup oil
1 cup boiling water
1 teaspoon vanilla essence

2 cups cake flour
4 heap teaspoon baking powder
6 teaspoon cocoa

METHOD

Beat eggs,sugar,oil,vanilla essence and
boiling water together until fluffy.

Then and dry ingredients and beat all
together.
Pour ¾ mixture in cookie cup
put in microwave for 3 minutes

Decorate as desired.
