INGREDIENTS
                      3 lt Ginger Ale
2 lt Sprite
1 cup passion fruit cordial
1 cup lemon & lime cordial
1 cup marula cordial
2 lt water 
4 tea bags
2 cups sugar 
Mint 
Lemon
                    
METHOD
                      Boil 4 tea bags with 1 lt water until 
strong
Make sugar syrup with the 2 cups sugar 
and 1 lt water – bring to the boil and 
allow to cool
Mix all cordials and add the tea and 
the syrup
Blend the mint with some lemon juice 
till its fine and add to the liquids
Cut lemon into slices 
Freeze the above mixture over night 
Scrape the frozen mixture with a fork 
until it resembles slush. 
Add ginger ale and sprite just before 
serving and garnish with extra mint
