•½ kg Chicken fillet (cubed)
•1 tablespoon ground green Chillies
•1 teaspoon Chicken Spice
•1 teaspoon BBQ Spice
•1 teaspoon Lemon Pepper
•1 teaspoon Garlic Flakes
•4 tablespoon Butter
•½ cup Onions
•½ cup Green Pepper (cubed)
•¼ cup Tomato Sauce
•2 tablespoon Chillie Sauce
•2 tablespoon Mustard Sauce
•1 tablespoon Soya Sauce
4 Potatoes (fried into chips, seasoned as desired)
1 cup grated Gouda
1 cup grated Mozzarella
½ cup sour cream
½ cup chopped Peppers (optional)
2 tablespoon Prego Sauce
2 tablespoon Pepperdew Sauce
2 tablespoon Nandos Peri Peri Sauce
2 tablespoon Crystals Sauce
2 large bags Doritos (blue packet)
Marinate chicken with spices. Cook on low. Add peppers and cook. Add sauces and cook till done.
Pre-heat the oven to 180°C
Grease a casserole dish and add a layer of Doritos across the bottom.
Top with a layer of the chicken
Top with chips
Drop blobs of sour cream and sauces.
Add more Doritos and top with cheese. Garnish as desired.
Cover and place into the oven and bake at 180°C for 20-25 minutes until bubbling hot
Remove from the oven and serve.
