1 kg chicken fillet washed & cut into strips 1 teaspoon. ginger garlic masala 2 tablespoon. chana flour 2 tablespoon. Sojee (semolina flour) (semolina) 2 tablespoon. breadcrumbs 2 eggs beaten 2 tablespoon. oil 1 tablespoon. lemon juice 1 tablespoon. fine red chillies 1⁄4 teaspoon. arad (Turmeric) (tumeric powder) salt to taste
Marinate the chicken strips in all of the above ingredients for approx. 2 hrs. Fry in shallow oil until crispy. Serve hot with masala chips.
