Red peppers or vegetables of your choice
METHOD
Cut vegetables into pieces,season with
salt pepper,thyme & olive oil.
Bake in oven until slightly tender.
Mix a packet.of white onion soup (as
directed,but replace water with fresh
cream), add to veggies & bake until
done.
