INGREDIENTS
1 kg steak
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
dash of worcester sauce
garlic butter
¾ cup spur grill basting
slices of parmalat cheddar cheese
1 punnet mushrooms
½ tub sour cream
METHOD
marinate steak in salt,pepper,worcester sauce for an hour or 2.Cook with garlic butter till tender.add ¾ cup spur grill basting.simmer on low for 2 minutes the switch off.throw mushrooms in a pan with butter salt pepper and Aromat (a South African Spice) and lastly add ½ tub sour cream.put a slice of parmalat cheese over and throw mushroom sauce over
