1 1⁄2 cups cake flour
1⁄2 cup maizena (corn flour)
1⁄2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
Pinch turmeric powder
Water as needed
1 box hake medallions
1⁄2 roll garlic polony
Nando's chips sprinkle
Make a smooth batter with water. Not too thick.
Dip hake in batter and fry until golden on either side.
Slice and fry polony.
Slice potatoes into fries, deep fry until done and season with nando's spice whilst hot.
Serve with mayo/tartar/tomato sauce.
