1 ½ cups cake flour½ cup maizena (corn flour)1 egg½ teaspoon salt1 teaspoon baking powderPinch turmeric powderWater as needed1 box hake medallions½ roll garlic polony4 potatoes Nando's chips sprinkle
Make a smooth batter with water. Not too thick.
Dip hake in batter and fry until golden on either side.
Slice and fry polony.
Slice potatoes into fries, deep fry until done and season with nando's spice whilst hot.
Serve with mayo/tartar/tomato sauce.
