INGREDIENTS
Box Corn Flakes
Box Rice Krispies
6 medium potatoes.peeled and grated ..Half to be coloured green and other half pink
100g.White tal (sesame seeds)
100g.Brown tal (sesame seeds)
30g.Mustardseeds .Rye (black seed)..
100g.Saumnf...Green fennel seeds
Oil to fry
1kg peanuts..
Salt
Red chili powder
Haldi
dhania (coriander) to be chopped finely
Green chillies to be chopped finely
METHOD
Heat oven on 200. Place it on grill
As you need to toast the cornflakes till a very slight golden brown becareful not to burn it ..it does burn very quick so be alert
Repeat same procedure for rice krispies
In a large dish empty first the CORN flakes then rice krispies..Then add 1 dishing out spoon of each spice ...yes a dishing out spoon .....
Salt ..Red chilli powder Haldi...
Mix till well covered
Fry Potatoes little at a time to avoid lumps
Put fried ones over CORN FLAKES and RICE krispies..Squash it in hands as to drizzle over that is to make sure you don't put lumps in the Chevro..
Then peanuts must be fried till golden brown Once fried throw over other ingredients
Then switch off stove oil is still warm Fry :tal (sesame seeds)Soumph (Fennel)Rye (black seed)Green chilliesdhania (coriander)..
Add all this to chevro with left over oil
Mix everything together till all Chevro is well covered ...
Leave aside overnight Put into airtight containers the next day
This,is best served with in bowels with a,dash of lemon juice .....
It is perfect to nibble anytime ..anywhere treat...
