INGREDIENTS
3 xl eggs
¾ (three quarter cup)castor sugar
1 cup s.raising flour
5ml baking powder
5ml vanilla essence
METHOD
Beat eggs & sugar till very light &
frothy. Stir in vanilla. Add sifted dry
ingredients.
Pour into a greased & paper-lined swiss
roll pan. Bake 10-12 minutes.
