You will need:
1 bowl with flour
1 bowl with beaten eggs
1 bowl with bread crumbs lightly seasoned with lemon pepper & ina paarmans green onion spice.
First roll in flour then into egg, repeat into flour & egg. Now roll into seasoned bread crumbs. Lay onto grease proof paper in pan. Place in fridge till ready to fry. Fry in hot oil till golden. Serve immediately.
