1kg ground ginger¼ kg ground garlic½ kg fresh red chillies¼ kg fresh green chillies3 serving spoons oil2 teaspoon rough salt3 serving spoons chilli powder
Mix altogether.Place in airtight containers and freeze.Take out little as needed and leave in fridge.
