RUHANA EBRAHIM'S RECIPES

INGREDIENTS

Rec cred: hajera ebrahim (mum)

Ingredients:
1kg ground ginger
1⁄4 kg ground garlic
1⁄2 kg fresh red chillies
1⁄4 kg fresh green chillies
3 serving spoons oil
2 teaspoon rough salt
3 serving spoons chilli powder


METHOD

Mix altogether.
Place in airtight containers and freeze.
Take out little as needed and leave in fridge.


Note: I cannot tell you how long the masala will last. Depends on how much you use and how often.
